April Lindley, a senior in human resource management, discusses her decision to become a pescatarian. Pescatarianism is similar to vegetarianism with the exception of dairy and fish as acceptable diets. Lindley decided to change her lifestyle after reading "Skinny Bitch" a tough-love book by Rory Freedman and Kim Barnouin about changing your diet.
