The Ninth Annual CityFest committee is pleased to announce that it has almost doubled the number of vendors and artists from previous years. This has lead CityFest Co-Coordinator to believe that this year's festival will have the largest attendance record to date.
The numbers of attendees and vendors from around the Southeast have continued to double and even triple this past year. More than 40,000 festival-goers and 110 vendors attended last year’s festival.
Bands, swing dancers and other live entertainment will perform throughout the day.
The Bama Air Dogs, a lumberjack log rolling show, medieval demonstrations and other acts will put on shows in the Children’s Imagination Station.
People will be able to view a juried art show, see a stilt-walking clown, meet Aubie and come face-to-face with raptors from the Auburn University Raptor Center.
