With the Dance Cardio class, it does not matter if you have been dancing your entire life or just bust a few moves at the bar every now and then. When you are working up a sweat dancing to the latest hits, the 45-minute class goes by extremely fast! This is also a great way to add variety to your workout and burn plenty of calories.
