On Halloween, Oct. 31, 2012, the Auburn Parks and Recreation department put on the twelfth annual Downtown Trick-or-Treat event. The Special Programs Coordinator for the City of Auburn Parks and Recreation Department, Dana Stewart, prior to the event stated that she believed that this was going to be a big year for the event, and she could not have been more right.
