Coffee Talk at the corner of South College Street and Samford Avenue opened its doors Tuesday, Sept. 22, 2009. In their first week of business, the experience has been better than they planned.
“We have seen more people walking in, in awe of how it is set up,” said Karen Oshel, owner. “This lets us explain that we really just want it to be welcoming.”

Careers after Graduation
It is the time of year that many graduating students are looking for that first job after graduation. Auburn University’s Career Development Services is aiding in this search.
On Monday, Sept. 28, 2009, and Wed. Sept. 30, 2009, Career Services will be hosting job fairs at The Hotel at Auburn and Dixon Conference Center. Monday will be for engineering and technical majors and Wednesday will be for business and non-technical majors.
