The week of April 23 is Medical Fitness Week. Auburn’s own HealthPlus Fitness Center will be participating for the first year. The goal of Medical Fitness Week is to promote an increase in physical activity levels in all ages and to highlight the medical fitness difference. Fitness facilities participate in a number of ways, including health fairs, educational seminars, open houses and demonstrations.
