I'm a graduating senior at Auburn University!! My major is Public Relations with a concentration in Management and a minor in Business! I'm from a small town in North Alabama, and I'm just a small town country girl! I love music it is the soundtrack of life! Anything can be music it's all in your perspective! Auburn has become my home over the past few years and I'm sad to leave soon, but I hope to make it proud! I have very high hopes and dreams and I plan on achieving those while I'm still young! A Conference Attendee's Perspective on Diversity

This past week marked a first for Auburn University. The university held its first conference on diversity. I met with an attendee and co-coordinator of the conference just before it began last Wednesday. Nels Madsen of Auburn University's Engineering department is helping to influence diversity into the university. He is the over the National Society of Black Engineers. Toni Alexander :: Research Diversity

Toni Alexander is a professor in the Geology Department doing diversity research for Auburn University. Alexander has been doing research mostly in the Asian communities in American and how they migrate from their home countries and even across the United States. Alternate Transportation

The Auburn community is becoming more eco-friendly by incorporating more bike paths in the community and on the Auburn University campus. On Saturday, Oct. 25, 2008 the ribbon cutting and grand opening ceremony for the newest bike path for the Auburn community.

Chi Omega :: Walk for a Wish

This past Sunday one of Auburn University's sororities, Chi Omega, held their fall philanthropy event, Walk for a Wish. In this philanthropy event the sorority sponsors the Make a Wish Foundation.

Every fall Chi Omega holds the Walk for a Wish campaign. Now, you may think why is it called Walk for a Wish?
