The Auburn University Modeling Board is hosting its second annual “Couture for the Cure” fashion show on Thursday, Nov. 3. War Eagle Girls and Plainsmen are the official hosts and hostesses for the university. They represent Auburn University students to administrators, faculty and the Auburn University community.

In the aftermath of the tornado’s that hit Alabama in late April, many families left behind items that they considered trash. Jonna Chizik was volunteering in the Dadeville and Lake Martin area when she had an idea of transforming the items that were once considered treasures but are now considered trash.

Greek Week is an annual event that celebrates involvement in a fraternity or sorority. It is a week full of competitive and social events. However, the week is most importantly about raising money to benefit the Lee County Chapter of The Boy's and Girl's Club. Auburn has more than 40 fraternities and sororities that will be participating.
