Choosing a career path can be a tough choice for some, but for Kelli Page Nicols choosing a career path was a breeze. It all started when she was a little girl. “I took a trip to Florence and Rome, Italy,” said Nicols, “and that is what opened my eyes to culinary arts.”

An Alternative to Door-to-Door Trick-or-Treating

With Halloween just around the corner, it is the time for all the gouls and goblins to start coming out. Houses begin getting dressed to impress with tombstones and spider webs. Children begin getting eager to collect the pounds and pounds of candy, and parents begin to worry about where to take the children trick-or-treating.

Douglas Burleson :: Diversity Research

Douglas Burleson, associate architecture professor and faculty member for diversity research at Auburn University, began his college career in 1966 at the University of the Americas with a main focus on the studies in philosophy. In 1972, he graduated from Texas A&M with a bachelor of environmental design.
